Ordering Policy: Please place your orders here https://aleksandravali.com/shop Customer selects the items to purchase, enters a valid shipping address, and selects a form of payment.

Order Status: An order is submitted and considered Pending until payment is received. An order is considered submitted and Complete when payment has been received. No order will be shipped until the order is Complete and payment has been processed.

Gift Orders: Customer may purchase items as gifts and enter shipping addresses for gift recipient. Customers may request gift wrap for one or more items at a cost of $5.00 per item.

Other Order Charges: Customer is charged for shipping which includes insurance for the item(s) being shipped. See policy on Shipping for actual charges. Sales Tax: Items shipped to Illinois customers will be charged a 6.25% Illinois state sales tax. Items shipped outside of Illinois will not be charged a sales tax. ​

Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. AleksandraVali.com is not responsible for shipment to an invalid or erroneous address.

Order Cancellation: Customer may cancel their order at any time prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

​Item Availability: If an ordered item is not available, AleksandraVali.com will contact the customer to discuss modification or cancellation of item ordered. Customer will not be billed for any item that cannot be shipped. ​

Forms of Payment: AleksandraVali.com accepts PayPal, as well as most major credit cards. ​Order Notifications: Customer will receive an email when order has been received and payment has been processed.

​Shipping Policy: Customer orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Shipping will occur within three (3) business days of the completed order. If you are paying by PayPal e-check, please allow an additional five (5) business days to clear the check. Customer will receive email notification of shipment.

If, for any reason, an item cannot be shipped within this timeframe, Customer Support will contact the Customer to explain delay and give Customer a chance to modify or cancel the order.

Shipping charges will be added to the order at checkout. Currently, the shipping charge for orders under $300 is $15, and includes insurance for the full purchase price and signature confirmation. Costs vary depending on the purchase price. Please contact us if you would like to expedite an order or use a different service. Additional charges may apply.

​International Shipping and Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: Most shipments to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, and Canada will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Additional shipping charges will apply to these orders. Our Customer Support department will contact you before your order ships with details.

Please email CustomerService@AleksandraVali.com for overseas shipments. We ship outside of the United States, but customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial US postage. Please check with your local post office for more details on what you can expect. Please note that international delivery times vary greatly. ​

Expedited Delivery Policy: AleksandraVali.com uses FedEx for expedited delivery service. Customer can select 2nd day or overnight service with a corresponding service charge, in addition to the base shipping fee.

  • Upgrade to 2nd-day air for a $20 surcharge per item
  • Upgrade to next-day air for a $30 surcharge per item

These charges are subject to change based on fees charged by package carriers.

​​Shipping Insurance Policy: Insurance is included in base shipping price. Any purchased items shipped without insurance which do not arrive at the correct address or get lost in the mail are the sole responsibility of the customer. For one-of-a-kind Art Jewelry, it may not be possible to replace the item but the insurance will guarantee you receive a refund for the lost item. ​

Returns Policy: The purchased item may be returned within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders – see below). A refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to place the order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. You will be informed at the time of your purchase if an item is not returnable.

​Return Procedure: To return an item and receive a refund, Customer must follow the steps below: ​

  1. Within 14 days of receipt by the Customer, Customer must contact Customer Service at CustomerService@AleksandraVali.com to explain the reason for the return. No returns will be accepted if past the 14 day period.
  2. Customer must request a Return Authorization number and include that number on the package mailing label when returning the item for refund.
  3. Items must be returned in original unworn condition and in their original packaging. Failure to return an item in its original unworn condition may result in up to 50% restocking fee.
  4. Customer should insure the shipment during the return shipment. Failure to do so could result in loss of refund credit if item is damaged during shipment.
  5. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges; no refunds of any shipping charges will be given.
  6. AleksandraVali.com reserves the right to refuse any return that is not in acceptable resale condition. ​

Exceptions to Returns Policy: AleksandraVali.com cannot provide refunds for shipping costs, nor can we cover the shipping cost of returning an order. The only exceptions to that policy are:

  1. if the item you receive is defective;
  2. the item was damaged during shipment; or,
  3. the item shipped was not the item you ordered.

If you are returning items due to one of these three situations, please contact CustomerService@AleksandraVali.com for Return Authorization number and procedures.

Damage during Shipment to Customer: AleksandraVali.com will replace any item damaged during shipment, if a comparable item is available. If an item damaged during shipment cannot be replaced, AleksandraVali.com will refund the purchase price and shipping charges.

Subscribe Privacy Policy: We value our relationship with you and want to assure you that we protect your personal information. We collect only your name and email address in order to provide you with a newsletter. We do not sell or in any way share this personal information with any other person or organization. You may unsubscribe at any time and we will remove your personal information from the mailing list and any other customer file in which it might be stored.
